I like the look- form follows function. Easily visible, without any irritating/distracting LED glare, or limited LCD viewing angles and contrast. A conversation piece (albeit, a very short conversation).I keep it far enough away that I only hear the soft clicking of the numbers flipping. In the office, I like being aware of the passage of time.I bought two of them and, after 2 months, they're still less than 1 minute off (and I didn't calibrate them to the second).

Good as the other one, but without the metal stalk. I put it in front of me and i hear the click click click of the passage of time. I am hyper aware of the passage of time. I am realizing I am wasting my time. Mostly with watching the minutes flip by on a clock.This clock will give you an existential crisis. It's shipped faster to you than the one on a metal stalk.

This was purchased as a gift, and I couldn't be happier with it. So was the recipient. I think it goes great in his office at work, or could be great in an office at home as well. Something super clever for our nerdy sides.FYI - needs battery. Not included.
